Shipping policy
ARTICLE 1. PROCESSING TIME (FULFILLMENT)
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it takes approximately 2 business days (48-hours) to fulfill your order before it is shipped. During this time, your product is printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during holidays, promotional periods, or unexpected supply chain delays. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you via email.
ARTICLE 2. SHIPPING TIME
After your order has been fulfilled, it is shipped from our production or distribution facility. Average delivery time: approximately between 5-12 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

ARTICLE 3. TRACKING AND INFORMATION
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
You can use this code to follow your package’s journey until delivery. If you have not received a tracking link within 5 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at caviarsocietybusiness@gmail.com.
ARTICLE 4. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, we may need to charge additional shipping fees to resend the package. We’ll investigate the issue with our shipping partner.
